Why Argan?

Argan oil is produced from the fruit kernels of the Argania Spinosa, or Argan Tree. The tree grows in Morocco in the driest parts of the Sahara Desert. For centuries, those living in this harsh climate have used argan to protect and nourish both skin and hair, cracking the nuts by hand and cold-pressing to extract the oil. Argan oil is rich in vitamin E, omega fatty acids and squalene, a lipid produced by skin cells. This makes the oil a multitasking miracle worker that conditions, tames frizz and helps heal and protect against future damage.

Why AVA?

When we created AVA, we didn't want to simply sell argan oil. We wanted to perfect it.
We didn't make argan oil, we just made it better.
