Return Policy

1. If the customer receives the order, and decides they do not want to keep the products, they may return any "UNOPENED" products at "THEIR" expense within 15 days of the receipt date provided the invoice number and date can be furnished and products are in saleable condition. Returned products are subject to inspection by AVA HAIRCARE staff. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple requests for the same products are subject to review by AVA HAIRCARE. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. 2. We only cover shipping fees for errant merchandise and damaged products.

***NOTE: First contact customerservice@avahaircare.com customer service to inform them of any inaccuracies with your order. Then ship the errant merchandise back to AVA HAIRCARE. The package must be insured or have a return receipt to show proof of shipping in case the package is lost in transit. When the package is received, and in good conditions you will receive Credit back in your credit card for the original purchase price less shipping charge "WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS IN OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT PURCHASES. This helps keep our prices as low as possible.
